核心内容提要 纤维化肝脏中M2-样活化的巨噬细胞发挥着抵抗急性打击的有益肝保护效应, 其作用机制主要包括两个方面: (1)促进介导损伤效应的M1-样巨噬细胞凋亡, 抑制肝细胞凋亡; (2)抑制HMGB1的转位和释放及其介导的促炎免疫反应. 调控巨噬细胞的M1/M2活化有望成为控制慢加急性肝衰竭发展及影响疾病转归的重要策略.
