| 核心内容提要 |
目前已经被应用于治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)的药物在临床疗效方面仍存在较多的争议, 需要更多规范、大样本的临床实验以及真实世界研究探索其治疗NAFLD的可靠性, 从而改变新的适应症获得批准. 新兴的药物大多从机制靶点入手, 虽有很多令人兴奋的动物实验结果, 但部分在临床上难以重现, 或虽已获一些临床实验数据支持, 但仍需要更进一步的有效性和安全性研究以支撑其最终上市应用于NAFLD的治疗. |
