应用无创性生物标志物和肝脏瞬时弹性成像技术, 可以准确评估慢性乙型肝炎患者的疾病严重度, 确定抗病毒治疗的时机. 通过核苷(酸)类似物长期治疗, 可使患者临床获益, 联合应用聚乙二醇干扰素治疗, 有助于提高患者的血清学应答率. |
