在近几年的实验研究中有大量证据表明炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)与辅助性T细胞17(T-helper cell 17, Th17)/调节性T细胞(regulatory cells, Tregs)平衡受损有关, 且近来的动物模型中人们发现了各种新颖的分子有利于重新塑造Th17/Treg的平衡. 本文就将从它们在调节Th17/ Treg平衡中的作用以及对IBD的影响进行论述. |
