核心内容提要 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)发病率和患病率在我国有上升趋势, 同时其合并症也多见. 机会性感染、穿孔、狭窄、手术风险、癌变等风险已存在诸多报道. 心脑血管风险在近年来报道逐渐增多, 了解和熟悉IBD继发心脑血管风险, 有助于临床对其风险的预估和患者个体化管理.
