高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis, HLAP)的发病机制可能与游离脂肪酸的毒性作用、微循环障碍及钙超载等有关, 其治疗的关键是迅速降低血脂, 后期生活方式的改变以及减轻体重是预防复发的关键, 本文就HLAP的发病机制及其临床治疗进展作一综述. |
