核心内容提要 糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis, DGP)为临床多见疾病, 是糖尿病所造成慢性并发症, 黄芪建中汤加味经过提升膜结合型干细胞因子(stem cell factor, SCF)蛋白表达, 上调SCF-Kit信号途径, 使DGP大鼠胃窦组织内Cajal间质细胞含量增大, 改善其胃起搏功能, 胃动力增强.
