本文以乙肝相关慢加急性肝衰竭(acute-on-chronic liver failure, ACLF)患者为研究对象, 发现ACLF患者肠道丙酸、异戊酸、总短链脂肪酸谱(short chain fatty acids, SCFAs)水平下降, 而发生肝性脑病患者的肠道乙酸、丙酸、总SCFAs水平较未发生者下降, SCFAs下降可能在慢加急性肝衰竭中起到一定作用, 值得探索. |
