核心内容提要 七氟醚通过上调miR-34a的表达抑制人结直肠癌HCT116细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移, 而转染miR-34a inhibitor后逆转了七氟醚对HCT116细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移的抑制作用, 该过程可能与调控MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白表达水平有关.
