核心内容提要 本研究荟萃分析了D-二聚体对急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis, AP)患者的预后预测价值, 表明D-二聚体预测AP患者严重程度有较高的敏感度、特异度和准确性. D-二聚体水平升高有助于临床早期鉴别不同严重程度的AP患者.
