人体肠道中存在大量的微生物, 胆汁酸(bile acid, BA)是其重要的代谢产物. BA可以参与肠道菌群数量的双向调控、肠道免疫应答以及肠道正常生理功能调节. 当BA代谢发生紊乱时, 肠神经系统以及肠道中多种信号分子的正常功能受到影响, 出现肠道功能紊乱, 目前成为研究热点. |
