精确放疗是食管癌获取长期局部控制及生存获益的重要手段, 但常规实体瘤疗效评价标准并不适用于食管癌. 弥散加权成像则是磁共振成像方式之一, 放疗前后表观扩散系数变化情况可对食管癌精确放疗疗效发挥一定预测价值. |
