小肠梗阻(small-bowel obstruction, SBO)作为外科急症之一, 有较高的发病率和死亡率. 研究显示经鼻肠梗阻导管减压是SBO安全有效的治疗方法, 但其置入时机尚无定论. 本研究提示早期置入能增加患者的单次治疗有效率和减少48 h内急诊手术率. |
