核心内容提要

近年来, 情绪在炎症性肠病(Inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)中的作用越来越受到重视. 不良情绪可加重临床症状, 增加复发率, 降低治疗依从性等, 一定的心理干预可提高患者的生存质量. 本文梳理了情绪与IBD的关系, 为IBD发病及治疗提供线索.
