非感染性腹泻是婴幼儿常见腹泻类型. 既往主要采用纠正水、电解质紊乱、补液调整饮食等方法治疗. 近年来研究表明肠道微生态的重建在小儿腹泻治疗中有重大意义. 本文主要探讨思连康(双歧杆菌四联活菌片)治疗小儿非感染性腹泻的临床疗效及其对患儿血清炎症因子的影响. |
