肛周脓肿的三间隙引流术, 是根据肛周脓肿发生的生理病理环节设计提出, 理论上对于肛周脓肿的手术是一种创新术式, 契合肛周手术的微创理念, 符合清除感染源、彻底引流、保护肛门功能的基本治疗原则, 在保证疗效的同时, 减轻患者痛苦, 保护肛门括约肌功能, 提高患者满意度,值得进一步推广及研究. |
