铂类药物为主的化疗是治疗胃癌的常用手段之一, 而化疗耐药制约着化疗的最终疗效. 本研究发现, 下调SGC-7901/DDP细胞miR-214表达后, 顺铂耐药性、细胞迁移与上皮间质转化均降低; 同时, NF-κB与Bcl-2的表达也明显降低. |
