本研究采用雨蛙肽处理AR42J细胞构建急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis, AP)细胞模型,分析miR-7a-5p对胰腺炎细胞增殖及凋亡的影响,初步验证其作用靶基因,为揭示AP发病机制及治疗方法奠定理论基础. |
