本文从肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71, EV71)基因重组和突变、宿主基因及受体位点等方面探讨了EV71感染手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease, HFMD)的影响因素, 并通过EV71感染模型探究HFMD的发病机制, 阐明EV71疫苗研究中存在的问题, 为疾病的防控、临床治疗和疫苗研究提供参考. |
