目前大量研究发现DATS对GCC的增殖、分化有一定的抑制作用, 但具体作用机制尚不清楚. 本研究使用胃癌(gastric cancer, GC) BGC823细胞系, 采用流式细胞术、western-blot等方法发现DATS对GC细胞DOC的化疗有增敏作用且与CCNB1的表达有关. |
