便潜血试验诊断结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)灵敏度低, 而结肠镜检属于侵入性操作, 且费用较高, 微小RNAs(microRNAs, miRNAs)在癌组织、细胞、循环体液中均能被检测出来, 同一类miRNAs在不同组织、细胞和循环体液中起促癌或抑癌作用, 但哪几种miRNAs组合最适于CRC的诊断、治疗和预后是目前的研究难点. |
