核心内容提要 本研究根据高脂血症型急性胰腺炎(hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis, HLAP)患者发病24 h内血清甘油三酯水平进行程度分级, 观察不同程度高甘油三酯血症(hypertriglyceridemia, HTG)组的生化指标、改良CT严重指数评分以及重症化的发生率, 以探讨在发病早期不同水平HTG对于HLAP病情严重性的影响.
