本文总结了常见中医药(traditional Chinese medicine, TCM) 治疗手段在治疗不同疾病时, 对肠道微生态的影响. 基于肠道微生态与机体的关系和中医的整体理论, 建立不同TCM治疗手段与肠道微生态的关系, 以建立TCM治疗与肠道微生态更加完善的理论体系.
