免疫检查点抑制剂的毒性管理重点在于早期发现和诊断, 临床医生需结合各指南管理和最新进展, 对免疫治疗相关的皮肤、胃肠道和内分泌毒性, 尤其是高致命风险的神经毒性、心脏毒性和肺毒性做出准确评估. 在治疗上应注重多学科的相互协作, 尤其对于需长期接受激素治疗的患者, 应考虑激素带来的不良反应. |
