核心内容提要

本研究选用手术来源的成人原代肝细胞, 经不同紫外线强度照射, 通过四种不同检测手段, 发现200 J/m2照射强度, 既可以保持肝细胞的线粒体膜稳定性和较好的细胞活力以及细胞合成功能, 又能适当降低原代肝细胞引起淋巴细胞增殖活性.
