粘膜是人免疫缺陷病毒入侵人体的主要途径. 不同个体及不同粘膜部位的病毒传播风险差异极大. 多种粘膜屏障结构和功能的影响因素可能与人免疫缺陷病毒粘膜传播风险有关, 相关研究将为艾滋病的防控提供新思路.
