核心内容提要 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)发生时, 肠上皮细胞内质网过度应激, 热休克蛋白5(heat shock protein 5, HSPA5)的致细胞凋亡作用远大于其保护细胞的作用, 因此, 可以将过表达的HSPA5看作是IBD肠上皮细胞存活的危险因素.
