胆汁酸膜受体Gpbar1被胆汁酸激活后, 通过介导不同的信号转导通路, 在梗阻性黄疸(obstructive jaundice, OJ)的发生发展过程中发挥着控制炎症、调节胆管上皮屏障功能、抑制肾脏氧化应激、调节肠粘膜屏障与肠道菌群、调控瘙痒与感觉障碍和调控心血管功能等作用. 深入研究其调控机制, 有望为OJ的治疗提供新的靶点. |
