| 核心内容提要 |
非酒精性脂肪性胰病(nonalcoholic fatty pancreatic disease, NAFPD)是近几年来被人们重视和开展广泛研究的一种代谢疾病, 研究证据表明除与胰腺本身疾病相关外, 与NAFLD、肝纤维化、肝炎、肝癌、心血管疾病、肿瘤等密切相关, 对其他系统疾病的发生和影响目前知之甚少. NAFPD人群流行率高达11%-69%, 尤其肥胖儿童比非肥胖儿童发病率高2倍多, 值得重视. 有关NAFPD 的发病机制尚未完全明了, 目前认为与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、表观遗传和遗传倾向、氧化应激和内质网(endoplasmic reticulum, ER)应激、肠道微生物等有关. B超瞬时弹性成像和磁共振质子密度脂肪分数是目前最常用无创有效的胰腺脂肪诊断方法. 合理饮食、改变生活方式、加强体育锻炼是NAFPD当前最有效的治疗方法, 目前 对NAFPD 尚无特效的药物治疗. |
