肠神经胶质细胞(enteric glial cells, EGC)是肠道神经系统的重要组成成分, 能以直接接触或间接释放介质的方式对肠道功能产生有利或有害的影响. EGC对肠道稳态所起的保护作用是毋庸置疑的, 但在特定条件下其对肠道的保护作用也可能转变为损伤作用. |
