去整合素-金属蛋白酶17(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 17, ADAM17)为关键的裂解酶, 不仅在细胞增殖、血管生成等过程中发挥作用; 还可以通过降解细胞基底膜和细胞外基质, 与细胞侵袭、转移能力密切相关, 因此在许多恶性肿瘤中表达上调. ADAM17在消化系统恶性肿瘤中也有报道, 但实质性进展远未阐明. |
