核心内容提要 桥本甲状腺炎是最常见的自身免疫性疾病, 发病率逐年增高, 是甲状腺功能减退最常见原因. 目前研究发现幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)感染可能促进桥本甲状腺炎的发生发展, 但桥本甲状腺炎是否应常规筛查并根除H. pylori尚不清楚.
