肝性脑病(hepatic encephalopathy, HE)常继发于严重肝脏疾病, 因代谢障碍而导致有毒物质物质滞积体内引起昏迷、意识障碍等症状, 死亡率较高. 优化HE的药物治疗策略对于提高患者及其照护者的生活质量具有积极意义. |
