患者行胃大部切除术(毕II式)后6 mo, 腹腔引流管已拔出, 增强CT提示疑似十二指肠吻合口瘘, 超声引导下经皮穿刺腔道超声造影动态显示瘘口及瘘道形态, 准确诊断肠瘘, 并精准指导置管治疗, 最终瘘口及瘘道闭合. |
