核心内容提要 CMTM3(CKLF like MARVEL transmembrane domain containing 3)基因在胃癌中高表达, 并与胃癌患者的预后有关. miR-125b-5P可靶向抑制CMTM3的表达, 并影响MKN45胃癌细胞的增殖和迁移. miR-125b-5P和CMTM3相关信号通路在胃癌增殖和迁移中发挥重要作用, 并有望成为胃癌预后的分子标志物和潜在治疗靶点.
