中药可通过影响肠道黏膜机械屏障、肠黏膜免疫和生物屏障引起肠黏膜损伤, 但可通过设计合理的配伍及用量或改变中药的处理的方式降低中药对肠黏膜损伤, 但其具体机制有待进一步研究.
