根据肝内胆管结石病有关文献和治疗现状, 较为详实地归纳了肝内胆管结石病的临床分型、诊治现状及其原因, 提出基于肝石病临床病理特点的新型HLDO分型以及基于该分型的肝石病治疗体系.
