| 核心内容提要 |
近年来随着居民生活水平的不断提高, 复发性急性胰腺炎发病率逐年增加, 关于复发性急性胰腺炎的研究也越来越多. 胰腺炎反复急性发作, 不仅给患者本人带来极大的痛苦和较重的经济负担, 也在一定程度上造成医疗资源的浪费. 本研究通过检索复发性急性胰腺炎的相关文献, 按照一定标准层层筛选, 最终选择15篇文献纳入Meta分析. 本研究旨在寻找复发性急性胰腺炎的相关危险因素, 为早期识别易患复发性急性胰腺炎的高危人群、降低复发性急性胰腺炎的发生率提供临床依据. |
