核心内容提要 氨酸反转运体X(cystine/glutamate antiporter, xCT)基因在人多种肿瘤及结直肠癌中表达水平增加, miR-128-3p可靶向调控xCT表达并影响肠癌细胞的生物学功能. 抑制结直肠癌miR-128-3p/xCT信号通路可能是肠癌靶向治疗的新靶点.
