| 核心内容提要 |
结直肠腺瘤(colorectal adenoma, CRA)是结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)的前驱病变, 切除CRA及预防CRA的复发是减少CRC生的关键. 而幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)感染是CRA复发的危险因素, 根除H. pylori可以减少CRA的复发, 是所有危险因素中相对可控的一个因素. 从而为临床上提供一种新的预防CRA复发的方法. |
