| 核心内容提要 |
乙酰肝素酶(heparanase, HPSE)是一种内源性糖苷内切酶, 是人体中唯一能够特异性剪切硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖的酶. HPSE2属于HPSE的同源物, 其不具有肝素酶的活性, 但其能够竞争性结合硫酸乙酰肝素, 从而对肝素酶活性起到一定的抑制作用. 有学者在乳腺癌的研究中发现, HPSE2能够抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭迁移, 促进新生血管生成. 但关于其在胃癌中的相关作用及其作用机制尚不明确. 本研究旨在探讨HPSE2调控胃癌细胞恶性生物学行为的作用机制. |
