| 核心内容提要 |
目前临床上对胃黏膜上皮低级别内瘤变(low gastric intraepithelial neoplasia, LGIN)、胃黏膜上皮高级别内瘤变(high gastric intraepithelial neoplasia, HGIN)的活检病理和内镜粘膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD)术后病理存在较大的差异, 因此如何早期准确地鉴别两者成为胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)防治的重点. 本文研究了较大样本量的胃黏膜上皮内瘤变(gastric intraepithelial neoplasia, GIN)患者, 发现当LGIN伴随高龄、病变位于胃窦、病灶大于1 cm、萎缩、肠化时更易发展为HGIN. |
