结肠镜下息肉高频电切除术术后禁食时间短与长对出血、感染、穿孔发生率无显著影响. 研究通过倾向评分匹配病例对照研究设计, 发现术后禁食时间对并发症发生率无显著关联, 提示禁食策略可根据患者具体情况制定. 然而, 本研究还需更多临床研究验证观察结果, 探讨其他可能影响因素. |
