细胞自噬在维持肠道稳态、调节肠道微生物群与机体免疫等方面发挥重要作用, 自噬缺乏可激活一系列信号通路, 促进机体发生免疫应答和炎症反应, 导致溃疡性结肠炎的发生发展, 这可能与参与自噬的蛋白和基因异常有关.
