| 核心内容提要 |
急性胰腺炎以局部炎性反应为主, 而重症患者以全身炎症反应, 多器官功能障碍和胰腺局部坏死为特征. 肥胖患者全身脂肪量增加, 基础代谢率增高, 可能对急性胰腺炎病情严重程度产生不利影响; 但同时肥胖患者由于脂肪代偿能力较正常体重者更高, 重症时可能起到延迟病程发展的作用. 目前对于肥胖在急性胰腺炎发病中的作用争议较大, 有待大样本前瞻性临床试验进一步研究. |
