脾脏是一个宝, 也是一个谜. 脾脏外科的发展由过去的 “无辜性脾切除”转变到“保脾保功能”的新时代. 对于门静脉高压症脾肿大, 一直存在切脾与保脾之争. 本述评总结门静脉高压症脾肿大外科的发展, 结合自己的实践与研究, 提出保脾观念, 设计保脾术式, 供外科同行共识与借鉴.
