临床上, 粗大的胃静脉曲张(gastric varices, GV)常有脾肾/胃肾分流, 治疗仍棘手, 直接内镜下组织胶注射可能出现异位栓塞, 而超声内镜下组织胶注射和球囊导管逆行静脉栓塞术的复杂性和设备要求高, 很多医院难以复制. 最近, 钛夹辅助内镜下组织胶注射对GV伴分流的治疗表现出了疗效, 但安全性不清. 故本文行Meta分析评估钛夹辅助内镜下组织胶注射治疗GV的疗效. |
