非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)正在成为终末期肝病和肝细胞癌的主要病因, 乳酸和乳酸化修饰在单纯性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎及其相关肝纤维化这一系列的疾病过程中均发挥重要作用. 总结其中关键靶点的作用机制, 可能有助于治疗NAFLD. |
