乙型肝炎病毒相关慢性肝病中T细胞及细胞因子变化情况与疾病严重程度密切相关. 随着Child分期由A到C, 患者的CD8+T细胞呈下降趋势, 而白细胞介素6呈上升趋势, 关注患者外周血T细胞及细胞因子水平有助于评估患者的免疫功能状态, 用以指导临床治疗. |
