巴雷特食管(Barrett's esophagus, BE)在全球的发病率不断上升, 其作为食管腺癌(esophageal adenocarcinoma, EAC)的危险因素, 漏诊率高, 且进展至EAC的生存率低, 但不同国家和地区对BE的认识存在差异, 因此, 本文就BE在诊治方面的研究现状和挑战作一综述. |
